Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply when you use client-yes-kit.online (the “Site”) and buy or use The Client Yes Kit (the “Kit”). By using the Site or buying the Kit, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
The Kit is a set of editable document templates (proposals, planning documents, emails and related content) that you fill in and export to PDF in your browser. It is a digital product. There is no physical item and no subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Add-on content is only included if you buy the plan that lists it.
2. Account
You need an account to buy and to unlock your templates. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
3. License
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license for one person or studio to use the templates for your own business, including unlimited client projects. You may edit the templates and send the resulting documents to your clients.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the templates (or the files on the Site) as templates, bundles or any similar product, or let others use your account to access them.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not see or store your full card details. By paying you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method. Prices may change for future buyers, but not for purchases already made.
5. Delivery and refunds
The Kit is delivered digitally and access is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: you can get a full refund until you download your first template, and purchases are final after that.
6. Your content
What you type into the editor is yours. Drafts are saved in your own browser. You are responsible for the content of the documents you create and for any agreements you make with your clients. The templates are not legal, financial or professional advice, so have important contracts reviewed where needed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to bypass payment or access controls, scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Site and the Kit are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that the templates will suit every situation or win any particular client. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or bookings. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms, and the updated version applies from the date shown above. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Keep using the Site only if you agree to the current terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the seller operates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
