Refund Policy

Short version: you can get a full refund until you download your first template. After you have downloaded one, the purchase is final.

Before you download

If you have not yet downloaded (exported) any template from the Kit, ask us for a refund and we will refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method.

After you download

The Kit is a digital product. Once you download your first template, you have received what you paid for, so we cannot offer a refund after that point. We record the time of your first download so we can apply this rule fairly.

Your legal rights

By downloading a template you agree that delivery has started immediately and, where you have a statutory right to cancel digital content, that you lose it once the download begins. This does not affect any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived, for example if a product is faulty or not as described.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us using the details below, from the email you paid with, and please do not download any template before you ask. We aim to reply within a few business days, and refunds can take several more days to appear, depending on your bank.
