Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use client-yes-kit.online (the “Site”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you choose, your name and studio name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email and basic profile from Google. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
- Purchase details: the email you paid with, the plan you bought, the payment reference, the payment status, and the time of your first template download. We do not receive or store your full card details; the payment provider handles those.
- Your drafts: what you type into the editor is saved in your own browser storage on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.
- Technical data: like most sites, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) in server logs to keep the Site running and secure.
How we use it
- To create your account, let you sign in and unlock the templates you bought.
- To process payments and refunds, and to apply our refund rule, which depends on whether you have downloaded a template.
- To answer your messages, prevent fraud and misuse, and keep the Site working.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the Site: Supabase (accounts and purchase records), Dodo Payments (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Google (optional Google sign-in and fonts). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, local storage and advertising
The Site uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your editor drafts and preferences. We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and improve our ads. It records events such as the pages you view, when you start checkout, and when a purchase completes, and may set cookies on your device. This information is shared with Meta. It does not include your card details. The Pixel is not loaded if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, and you can also block it with your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists and as needed for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. You can ask us to delete your account.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or limit certain uses, depending on where you live. Contact us using the details on this page. You can also clear your browser storage to remove saved drafts at any time.
Children
The Site is intended for adults running a business. It is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
